Graduate Students: We accept graduate students through the Biomedical Sciences Program at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine (AUCVM). Graduate students will be supported by Graduate Research Assistantship, with potential additional stipend from the AU Presidential Graduate Research Fellowship (PGRF) if awarded. Students interested in Bioinformatics and/or Computational Biology are encouraged to get the Computational Biology Graduate Certificate if the required coursework is met.  Students in Biological Sciences and Animal Sciences programs who are interested in my research could also contact me.
Undergraduate Students: Undergraduate students are always welcome, and please contact me for details. Course credit (1-3/semester) could be earned through VBMS4980 (Undergraduate Research in Biomedical Sciences).  Students interested in Genetics, Genomics and Bioinformatics could also apply for the Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates program in Bioinformatics. Students interested in experimental work can apply the Auburn University Undergraduate Research Fellowship.
Postdocs: I am looking for postdocs to work on the comparative genomics in allelic imbalance in mammals, as well as other projects. Please contact me if you are interested.
